I've driven around the outer roads and looked at the track map and talked to people that went to F1. It's a toss up.
My thinking was that GA will let me float all the GA areas (maybe) and that Turn 1 will be the decel from fastest speed to the tightest turn right on that plateau top of the big hill.
Wherever I am, I'll certainly want to be somewhere else. Gonna be a lot going on.
See y'all there, I have tickets for all three days on turn 15, can't wait to be there, wish I had my s1000 there at my house but it's with me here at college in California. Have fun on your trips to Austin!
Those of you going, please show support to 1993 World Champion American Kevin Schwantz by wearing his famous number 34 at the track. COTA totally disrespected him and his accomplishments at the MotoGP time trials/practice by kicking him out of the pits and escorting him off the property, threatening to have him arrested for trespass. He was an invited guest of Blake Young on the Attack Kawasaki CRT bike and had the proper credentials. He is also the main reason Texas has a MotoGP event. I don't want to get to political here, forum rules and all, but COTA acted childishly, foolishly in kicking a World Champion out of their facility. Schwantz does have a lawsuit pending against COTA for eliminating him from promoting the race.
