Great Company!!!

I spent the last few days calling no fewer than 10 companies to try to locate an Alpinestars GP PRO suit. I got all sorts of answers ranging from sold out, distributor sold old, backordered till August, and one rep tried to sell me his personal lightly used track boots. Alpinestars had the suit in stock but with the processing time, overnight shipping would get it to me by monday the 16th. Sportbike track gear had it in stock, could get it to me on time before my next track day, AND when I called to order they gave me a great discount even after I told them that nobody else had that suit!!!!

Oh, and I forgot to mention that their UPS ground is going to get there faster than Alpinestars' five day processing followed by next day air.

Truly the best in the business. Fortunately for me, they're local so I get to harass them by trying everything on in the store

I also want to take this opportunity to recognize and thank Jason and STG for great customer service. A pair of RS Taichi gloves I bought last year began to tear near the wrist closure because of user error...I was pulling it the wrong way each time I put it on, and after a year of abuse and molestation, it began to give.

I contacted Jason sheepishly because the gloves were out of warranty. Long story short, instead of lecturing me, he got approval all the way from Japan to take care of me. I'll be shipping the gloves back to Jason today for replacement. Difficult to beat customer service like that. And equally difficult to beat the "tone at the top"...RS Taichi is obviously a class act, too, and I intend to continue to buy their products. Last but not least, Motoliberty is the U.S. distributor and they need to be thanked, too.

stg is def one of the best vendors i had phil help me immensely with an exhaust about 3 weeks back my funding fell through(my woman) and wound up getting a set of handroids and tail tidy which i had in my office in no less than 48 hrs without expedited shipping thx again phil!!!!!!!!!
