Default Unbelieveable service

I recently called STG to order a set of tires on Monday. I needed to get them by Thursday in order to put them on the bike for a trip.

The site says that you should call for expedited shipping. So I did. I spoke to Ryan and explained my dilemma. He said Thursday should not be a problem, he needed to wait on an order of the rear tires to be able to ship. I said thanks, happy that the order would make it.

The next evening I came home and there was the package of BOTH tires waiting for me. Needless to say, I was very happy. I have used these guys for several other items and can only say that they have great customer service. The focus is on the customer.

Great job guys.

Eric

For me service is more important then price, I will gladly pay more for parts if the service is great! I have been dealing with a company for some time now, and there service has been great...up until recently…. I spend what I believe to be a large amount of $ per year on parts. And when I set up my relationship with this company I called them and told then “make your money, because I’m willing to pay for service and I don't have time to wait”…… So now I’m in the market for new parts supplier.

ive never given STG a shout on here, but within the past 2 months, ive spent about 2500 with them, never had an issue. always great service, when they pick up the phone and i ask how are you? they reply with great, how are you, rather than what can i get for you. i always tell friends and track mates to order from them, and likely will for some time to come.

I have ordered a couple thousand dollars worth of stuff too and I have been happy with service. I just thought they went above and beyond and wanted to point it out. When I called and explained my needs, they really took it seriously rather than just treating it as any other customer and putting me at the back of the line.

That kind of service breeds loyalty. I have another story about a BMW dealer doing the same thing that I intend to post in the next day or so when I get some time to include a 1000 mile ride report/observations.

i completely agree that service is worth a couple extra dollars (i choose vendors based on personality/service reputation for my STi purchases). if only people would think about that instead of buying from these people that ***** stuff out. they wonder why they get crappy service, wrong sizing, or horrible exchange help.

while making last minute things happen or handling high priority purchases can get a little bit exhausting, its nice to know that we have the knowledge and power to get your stuff to you know time. thanks a lot for the props
