BIKE week daytona 2011 S1 meet

How about we plan a S1 meet in Daytona.

Anyone interested? Could get some good pictures and compare our bike mods.

i will be there all week at the track and hanging out at the hess station at night more than likely. bmw plans to have a display out at wyotech along with the icon street show..

Working on getting time off and trailering down with a friend who recently purchased a yellow S1KRR. I know he is itching to ride it. If we make it down definitely want to meet up someplace with others!!

Definitely up for a meet; will be down for ten days. Pick a location & time to get some starting point.

One of the nights that icon and bmw plans on putting on their street show might work.i have internet at all times so anywhere would be fine..anyone could also msg me at 812 760 0305. I stay at the track so meeting up at the hess on speedway blvd would be a ideal meeting spot for everyone to gather to ride out to the wyotech show as a group?

That is a good meeting point, until Daytona police clear everbody out. I'm staying at the track also. Which dates and time for meeting? I don't know when the Wyotech meet is , but that's a close location. I nominate you as Daytona S1 pres. Last year I saw exactly TWO S1's in Datona. Lets represent this year.

since last year was the first year for the s1000 and there were very few owners bmw did a poor job showing it off. With them showing up at wyotech it might be a better year for them. Truth be told the daytona dealer was a prick last year..

Where are you camping? i will be on lake loyd in the rv parking area.

The wyotech event is held all week long..the event its called the brute horsepower shootout. They will offer free dyno runs all week. I will have to get the schedule for the entertainment which will be in the evening. A day in which nothing is going on at the track would be best.
