Is there any way to get full power in the lower gears?
I remember reading here that power is limited, regardless of which mode you are in.
Curious if anyone has found a way around this without having to purchase the HP ECU.
Thanks.

Wasn't aware that power was limited. Doesn't feel like it.

Full Power from 3rd Upwards = Slick Mode
Full Power from 4th Upwards = all other modes
1st and 2nd are restricted in all modes as I've heard it.

Where do you guys get this stuff?
Neither first or any other gear is power restricted itself. Power in Rain mode is restricted in all gears to 150 HP but full power is available in all other modes regardless of gear.
It is power delivery and traction control that are different in the other three modes.
There's sticky on how this works; perhaps you would find it informative.

Superbike Magazine (UK) dyno tested the bike in early 2010 and their results indicated the power was restricted in the lower gears (can't remember exact gears off the top of my head). I'll try to upload a scanned copy of the article later today after work.
The following thread discussed the power restriction and another forum member scanned in a couple of pages from the magazine article.
Interesting Superbike Magazine Dyno Results

My bike is stock and on my dyno the power is not restricted. Even says it I'm your manual. Only time power is restricted is in rain mode or if tc steps in for some reason. If u don't know what your talking about say that. So much wrong info given to new riders on this site

i heard that if u put the ignition in start position, press and release the rear brake 6 times, then the front brake 3 times, then make these button presses in the exact order, trip, mode, trip, up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right b, a, then start, then start the bike as normal, 2nd gear makes 5 more hp, 3rd gear makes 6 more hp, and 7th gear makes 3 more hp.
