Top HP with what engine upgrades?
Besides the obvious upgrades (Power Commander, Air filter, Exhaust), what engine upgrades have you done to your bike? What was the result on the dyno? I want to push mine over 205-10rwhp and was hoping some people could weigh in on the subject. My warranty hasn't ran out yet and I've been hesitant to make the leap, but I'm ready to take mine to SS.

You could always go for the Alpha Racing solution. They offer a complete package plus the necessary support.
Me with only exhaust,PCV+filter have >193hp rwp.I am really happy with it and I think it is enough for 99.9% of time.I invested in suspension and when I will have the $$$$ I would like a pair of BST rims.

I would recommend getting a base pull first to see where your at. Every dyno is very diff and depending on what part of country, correction factors bla bla bla. My bike put 170 stock and 178 with the mods, the numbers aren't important, its the gains you get that what counts. A dyno is a tuning tool and nothing more, just a week ago a guy came down from Naples (other side of the state) his made 184 stock and needless to say he was no where near me. Without a base pull its useless, I would get that done before anything else.

I dyno'd it already at 189 w/exhaust power commander and bmc air filter... just looking for the next level type stuff... Any other sites that make engine parts besides Alpha?

going to have to go into the engine for more... Find a good engine builder and look at squishing the head(decking), thinner gasket, pistons/rods, etc....
Outside of a simple nitrous kit....

If you have already done the simple bolt ons: full exhaust, power commander, tune. The next step is delivering the power the ground. Power is no good if you cannot deliver is efficiently. This bike is aready wheelie happy so if you get a stiffer rear shock and a stickier tire you can put the power down efficiently.
The next step would be an engine build. Stage 1 would be upgrading the head and porting and polishing the head. If you really want to push it, you can have an experienced engine builder set your block up with forged internals and a high compression. $6-7k later, you again will have to tune. Don't forget you will be spending high dollar on spark plugs. Suggest using surface gap plugs to capitilaize on that high compression.
Becauase you engine is now nearly maxed out you can play around with fuels. There are several different types of race fuels. Each combination needs a special tune. And remember that some fuels are not suited to "sit" in the tank and fuel lines for extended perioid because some oxgeniated fuels begin to eat the linings of the hoses.
If you made it this far, you bike is probably exceeding 220whp and you have like 10k invested into it.
The other alternative is forced induction. Not very ideal of road racing but in a straight line you'd be all set.
