Default ok so update to my stalling under acceleration..

so my bike is still doing this..

mods are pcv, brock pipe and pair blocks put in and i left the big black can where it was hooked up to tank

heres what ive tried
changing maps
drop sensor
by pass kick stand switch
unhooked vent lines to fuel tank
and a few other small things
unhooked pcv and tried it stock

it seems to be a fueling issue to what i can feel but still not 100 percent...in first gear if im rolling like 2500 rpms and whack the gas by the time it hits 7500 it shuts off...engine light shows and i have to turn key off then back on for it to fire back up....im at a loss and my dealer is telling me its probably due to the pcv and pipe and i have to pay then to diagnos it...

i bought this bike with a loan and really cant afford a dealer to sit for hrs on end at 85 bucks a hr for them to tell me its cause of pipe even though i know its not and hit me with there however many hours of diagnostics..

anyone else got any ideas before i go get raped by the dealer

I am not techie but as a normal thought:
1. Re flashing the ECU with the stock map.
2. Going back to stock setup with stock pipes and w/o PCV one by one to isolate the cause. (pipe/PCV or ECU)
3. Another dealer?

Ic, my take is that there is an error in your fuel device installation. Are the stock narrow band lambdas disconnected completely from the BMW harnass? This must happen or the ECU and fuel sytem will go into a host versus graft desease war until the ecu cries off. Please check that first. That being in order i would still think that the ecu error codes need to be cleared and then every detail of the fuel sytem checked again by a pro if need be. And there are cases whee the aftermarket fuel system controllers are faulty. Do these checks and come back to us. We will get u throug it!

SCN (Second Chance Nigel) as apposed to N or BFN (Big Fat Nige) It's 03.15 in the morning and things are going so well in Hospital I just feel wonderful. Sorry, had to share!

Did you check the pcv install vid and follow the procedure there. They could simply have spliced a wrong color wire too.

Oh damn. Loose connection inwould say then. You are going to have to get it onto a dealer diagnostics machine. Could be any one of 8 injectors faulty etc. Do you have friend with a GS911. Board members!? Who is close by?

Is it possible that the wire they tapped into for the PCV throttle input was damaged? Just a guess.

Make sure the fuel line isn't kinked. Make sure it follows The styrofoam guide on top of the motor under the rear of the tank.
