Default Brake pads for track days

Anyone have good ideas for brakepads for trackdays?

I tired of using front brakepads at the same frequence as rear tires.

Last brake pads:
1) Carbon Lorraine C59 race ==> lasted 2½ days at Lausitz
2) Lucas/ TRW sintered ==> lasted 3 days at Oschersleben

depends upon your braking style however I ran Performance Friction 07 Compound. It has a lot of initial bite and dosn't fade

I use EBC the HH compound. I seem to like these better than the Galfer's. Galfer's seem to make alot of dust to me

Carbon Lorraine seemed to work well for me -- not crazy initial bite, but consistent throughout. Just one track day on them, so no data on wear rates yet.

Brembo.

If you use the bike on track only use the RC compound but if you ride on the road too go the SC compound.

I only have 500 miles of street riding so far but I've never heard of a bike eating pads so quickly.
Thanks for posting, I'll be sure to keep a close eye on the wear and this thread for a possible solution.
