Brake pads dragging on rotors - normal?

I was pushing the bike into the garage today and noticed a scraping sound. So I put the bike up on paddock stands and spun the front wheel and heard the scraping sound again and I determined that the brake pads were dragging on the rotors. This was not the case for the rear. (smooth as butter)

So my question is, have any of you experienced this? and is it normal?

Before any of you ask, yes i have ABS and DTC...and the sound is definitely coming from the brake pads on the rotors and not the wheel speed sensor.

That's quite normal for any bike.
