Default Brake pads - similar to OEM?

Hello all,

My front brake pads are nearing the end of their useful life, not bad for nearly 10,000 miles and 2 track sessions As you can tell, I go easy on the stoppers.

I'm happy with the stock pads for what I need the bike for, but is there anything similar I should consider before I phone BMW for the bad news on how much OEM pads will be?

Cheers

Andrew

I bought SBS sintered pads for mine at about £50 for the front brakes. They seem identical in performance to the OEM Brembo pads and cost half as much...

I've used EBC on the track. The backing plates are the same thickness of OEM which something to watch for.
