Default Cam chain tensioner

I picked up a new tensioner today along with the o-rings. There was a total of three o-rings. The largest one goes on the nut. I found the medium one in the hole were the tensioner goes and there was one more That's about a 1\4 of an inch where does it go? Also anyone that has replaced the tensioner can u please explain to me where all the o-rings go? I couldn't find the small one anywhere and the medium size one might not have been in the right place when I disassemble it, it could have came off what ever it was on. Thank you.

I've never done anything w/the tensioner but thought I'd give it a shot looking it up on the Service Manual... Not sure if this helps, but here's something I came across. I may be way off, but if it helps, great.
