Nobody who has worked on the engine has made that info public. I would love to know as well! I tried looking everywhere.

The June 2011 issue of Roadracing World has them listed as In. 9.67mm, Ex 8.54mm of lift and the intake duration is 216 deg. while the exhaust duration is 213 deg.

No, they can't keep that secret. Anyone opening the engine can get the info. It is just those that do it try and keep their info quite.

Interesting. The lift they quoted seems quite 'ballparkish' but the duration seems off, most of the sport bikes are in the 230-250 range.

I thought it strange also. Especially when the beginning of the valve lift on the intake started at 2 deg BTDC. I guess when you have such big valves (33mm) you can run short timing like that. I'd imagine it would help to keep up the intake velocity to enhance cylinder filling by generating a bit of suction before the valve is fully opened.

Where is the cam info in the mag? I can't find it in the electronic version.

In the hard copy it's on page 33. I don't get the online version. It's too hard to get a 24" monitor in the water closet.

Ok I found it. Problem is that the damn things specs are given at .3mm lift. Bullshit for comparisons. Anyhow lobe centers are 106 in and 96 ex if those numbers are to be believed. Interesting indeed.
