Default HM Quickshifter Plus Install

Anyone out there install an HM Quickshifter plus with a power commander already installed on the bike? I've done a ton of research online but can't seem to find any info on install and the manual isn't exactly specific for BMW's and is pretty vague.

Thanks,
Chris

Does the HM unit just plug in and replace the stock sensor? After messing mine up (loosened the nut by the QS when adjusting the rod), I can't get the stock one to work at full-throttle above 3rd gear.

If I've got to replace the sensor, I figure I might as well upgrade for the same $$$.

Can't help with the HM,but I've just ordered a Cordona Quickshifter kit for the S1000RR which is full plug and play, fully adjustable, strain guage technology etc. and totally independent to the rubbish OE electronics. And a bit cheaper than the HM too.
Hopefully this will cure my gearbox problems.

HM is plug and play, easy to swap back and works a treat. My tuners use them and Translogic and have not had any units back with any problems either on the bike or the units themselves.

I didn't do the install myself but it looks very straightforward. Easy to tweak delay times if you need to, though I had mine set up on the dyno and it was perfect straight off.

I ordered an HM for delivery tomorrow so I can get back on the track Sunday. Nothing was more frustrating that spending half the front straight fighting the shifter...

We put the Factory Pro spring as a preventative measure during the build. I've only had one false neutral and I attribute that to my foot sliding around on the worn out pegs on the Woodcraft rearsets, haven't had one since switching to the Attacks.

I installed the HM into the PC and it didnt work ,what we found out later after abusing the HM dealer is that you need the PC expansion module as the PC only affected the primary injectors so your it was not killing all the injectors,i now have the HM loom which attaches to all 8 injectors ,was hoping that BMW woulkd fix teh problem but appears not so fitting HM and Pro spring, due to work commitments wont be riding it until end of July at the track
