Post Dynoed Today! 100% stock and..

Well, unfortunatelly living in the countryside has some cons.
Like, only being able to use a 93 RON gasoline, plus that 25% of total vol is ETHANOL, you know, lame government measures to balance ethanol/petrol.

Well, after 5 pulls it was able to pull 183rwhp. Its 100% stock.

I can translate it all if its necessary, but the correction method was ISO 1585. By reading some catalogs i was able to notice that SAE usually outputs higher values, is that correct?

Now the graph (sorry for the bad quality, my cam sucks plus its almost 4:00 am but anyway)

and

Guess thats all....oh, no

After running it on dyno, now i'm hearing some valve noise exactly @ 4 mil rpm, its like a flapping wing, strange, but whatever, im that guy who got ANOTHER strange tick @ 4000 rpm, one more is not a problem....or maybe is.

I was happy when he looked at me and said wtf, at least for today yours is the stronger...

Err...if you need some translation, ask for it, i'd be glad to do.

Thats it, thanks

Thumbs up

Nice numbers.

Is your bike a 2010 or 2011? How many miles/klicks have done before the dyno runs.

My dyno defaults to ISO 1585. The results typically are in-between SAE and STD correction. A little higher than SAE, a little lower than STD, and a lot lower than DIN.

You could easily see 181-182 with SAE correction. 184-185 with STD.

Thanks bro!
Well, mine is a 2011/2011 (year/model) standard, with over 2012 km, it's about 1250 miles.

Thanks Bimmer! Well, basically i dont know much about modding, but i'm really interested in learning more about WHAT can i use to output maximum power...

I'd be glad if you could point anything i could use to achieve it...what to use, i mean, i'm a complete newbie in modding.

Again, thanks

Well I'm new to BMW motorcycles my self, Just got back from the Dealer for the break in service and had a long talk with them regarding aftermarket Exhaust and PCV, they seem to respond very positively to those mods and even mentioned to me that Akra is sold as an accessory from BMW them selfs, so I'm leaning in that direction. Will probably do a full Akra system with the Small Pipe and a PC. Hopefully it Will respond positively, just like my previous Jap bikes.

Check: Brocks Performance

GREAT customer service. I wont bash Akra or any other setup. But Brock is consistently racing at least 2 drag s1000rr's. Lots of tech support. Give them a call and ask to speak to Scott (the engineer not the sales rep). Very informative.

Thanks Pharaoh,
Do you have any personal experience with this vendors product, I know they are pretty popular with the Busa Crowd.

Yeah, I have his full titanium CT megaphone setup. And check this thread from Daytona Bike Week in March:

Bike week Brute HP shootout

Check the pics, he worked on my bike personally.
