I found these set from ebay, have anybody ever try it ??? please give me some advice about spark plug

Why not just go with NGK LMAR9D-J like the BMW Rider's Manual suggests?

I'm not a believer in "high performance" spark plugs either. I'd stick to the stock ones.

How much of a PIA is it to replace the plugs? How often should they be replaced?

Standard disassembly to get to the top of the engine (plastic, tank, ECU, airbox, coils) - nothing too difficult, but a ton of stuff to remove. Recommended replacement interval is 30K km (18K miles).

for the price, they are modern day snake oil. invest your performance money elsewhere.
