Default Wheelie

Hi all I'm picking up a 2011 1000rr in a week it's equipped with abs and traction control. My question is I was told by someone I won't be able to do wheelies with those features is this true?if so I'm going to opt for a bike without those features as I like to rip up stand up on freeway.can't I just disable traction control

You're buddy was a bit wrong... you can turn off the DTC whenever you like.

Hello,

Even with the DTC on you can do wheelies in slick mode. This mode allows wheelies during 5 seconds.
