That's pretty darn cool. I have one of these tools, never had the rev limiter on my bike but could see this being useful for some others...

By rev limiter you mean the 600miles 9000rpm or the 14200rpm limiters?

I am over cautious with new motors I did mine at the factory 600 then at 1500 and then just over 3000.

I did not go onto the program but it is the 9k limiter

Interesting that this update allows you to re-install (reset) the RPM limit back into the bike as well. Maybe a good idea if you loan/sell the bike to someone who may be over their head on it until they get familiar with it. Then, if you sell it, you can charge them to remove the limit and get your money back out for the purchase of the GS-911.

Might be good at a track too if you can find a way to inhibit any other S1000RR there too.

Just checked it out on my friends 2011 today. He only has 100 miles, program won't let you remove limit until 312 miles(not that he was planning to remove now). At least now he won't have to go back to dealer to get the restriction removed.

Also be sure to test the AutoScan functionality for all CAN-based models (1-click scan report of ECU information and Fault codes for all controllers) and get us some feedback to the HelpDesk
The latest GS-911 Beta version for Windows is 1103.x and can be downloaded using the GS-911 Downloader from the downloads page.

As always, feedback to the HelpDesk is always appreciated!
