Default dyno my bike today

Alright lads, had a racetaylormade exhaust fitted to my bike a couple of weeks ago awesome bit of kit, Anyway i went to dynobike (north yorkshire u.k.) Ran the bike up on dyno with the baffle in (bearing in mind its only 6 inches long) it only had 164 bhp at the wheel shocking eh! Took the baffle out and ran it and 185 bhp great, Then put power commander on and Paul done a custom map for me and we got 194.5 bhp awesome , Now i have to wait 3 months for the weather to break to try it out. CRAP EH!
kev.

Hey lads i dont believe in bulls##t if you own a s1000rr and have a racetaylormade exhaust try it on a dyno with baffle in and sensors plugged in and see for yourself, But to be honest i have the dyno chart showing the 3 different bhp figures if anyone is intrested ? Yes if you get a power commander fitted you dissconect exhaust sensors
kev.

Wow... 30hp between a baffle and PCV? You sure the dyno guy wasn't tweaking some settings along the way?

Sorry but a baffle doesn't contribute 30hp, your dyno numbers are flawed.

TM exhausts allow the use of the original O2 sensors.
I am assuming you're disabling them since you went with the PCV??

You should have him create TWO maps for you:
one WITHOUT the baffle (like you already did)
one WITH the baffle
The power DIFFERENCE should not be that great.

195 HP at the rear wheel?
On pump gas?
Damn...
