How many track days have you done?
It's a pretty radical thing to be buying dedicated rain tires for just a run-of-the-mill track day where rain might fall. Rain heavy enough to where dedicated wet shoes would make a big difference doesn't happen very often and rain this heavy is highly unpredictable - this is really something you'd only do if you had extra wheels with rains mounted that you could swap on the spot based on the weather that minute.
I've ridden a lot of wet track days and it's very uncommon to see anyone running rain tires and those that do are usually hard-core racers and professional track-day guys with the huge race trailers and every convenience. Everybody else just slows down.
