Have you considered just going to Ohlins suspension as your use looks to be track?
The rear spring is too light for you.
The front springs are too light for you.
The forks will dive a lot.
The stock forks have a lot of friction as well.
The rear shock, as you adjust the rebound, also effects the compression.
We shoot for 38 to 42 MM front sag
and 28 to 32 MM rear sag.
Now you can get to these numbers with the stock springs, but that alone does not mean the springs are right.
If you take a soft spring and put enought preload on it you can always get to whatever sag number you are looking for, but it is still not right.
