Do not know about better but yes I had Dave put his 25mm kit in my bike last year and am very happy with the results. Plus Dave makes his own parts so service and repair is easy.

Yes, I have the GP 25mm kit in my bike and I am very happy. I also replaced the rear shock with a Yacugar best investment I could have ever made. Call Dave or Jim Catalyst Reaction and they can hook u up. I can't answer which suspension company is the best but I can say this a buddy has the same bike with Ohlins front and rear. we weigh about the same we are both A group trackday riders He and I both like my set-up better.

Dave Moss recommends 25mm over 30:

I have GP's 25mm carts on my RSV4-R. They're excellent. They're made from very high quality materials, are easy to service and Dave set them up to my preferences the first time - the only adjustment I've made is +1 click of low-speed compression when on the track.

Functionally, they're very similar to the FG616 forks on the RSV4 factory, including the mid-valving which helps to control brake dive.

- Highly recommended if you ride fast or do track days. The added stability/feedback is worth the money.
