Default SAG Complete....But...

Okay,

so with help from my wife, daughter and others from this forum. I have accomplished this.

Rider: 238 lbs with gear
Front Free SAG: 26mm
Front Rider SAG: 37mm
*fork preload adjustments bottomed out and backed off 1/4 turn (each side) to achieve the 37mm.

Rear Free SAG: 15mm
Rear Rider SAG: 37mm
*Rear could be adjust more, BUT i wanted it to match the front (rider SAG), which is at its limit for my weight.

Okay, so my concern is the free SAG on the front????? at 26mm?

Should i be concerned?

Trying to get her as good as possible for the first track day.

How much do you weigh tanks? Stock suspension?

You really need at max 30 mm Rider Sag for the rear on the track ... The rear wallowed with anything more than that with me on it, until I adjusted it (220Lbs). Obviously the stock spring isn't right either for my weight which didn't help (but all sorted now!).

your springs rates are way off for your weight, but 20mm free sag is about what you want for a fork without a top out spring 6mm is not that far off

but all your doing with the forks is polishing a turd get it as close as you can and go with it for now.
but if you're even remotely quick on the track you will hate the stock suspension (forks especially)

I have, the 10.2 drop in springs from ohlin. However, the dealer did not have the tools to install them. No, no other shop locally does either. I may find someone at VIR on the 30th of may, when I goto corner speed.
