What should my suspension settings be???

I'm about a buck-70 and right at 5' 11". What should I dial all my adjustments to?

I ride everything from regular to "spirited," including trips around town and to the mountains.

I haven't touched anything since I got the bike.

I'd also like to have my sag set, etc. For now, I'm just wanting to know what I should tweak my dials to.

i guess it really depends on how you like to ride, or more importantly how you like the bike to feel. Get two buddies and setup you front and rear sag, then for a base line setting that {i prefer} is 2 clicks below the BMW recommended Race settings, for everything comp, reb,etc...you got a bunch of stickers that showed what setting to set the bike at for an riding condition..Let me remind you this is going to make the bike ride much harder the normal for street...although, as i stated before that what i prefer....good luck
