if its a nail... you could plug it... but I hope you are not racing or ryding hard on it...
I've done it before... but don't recommend it

For liability reasons, the dealer won't repair a flat tire. They will only install a new one.

I wouldn't even suggest plugging a tire on a 600.
Getcha a new tire and purchase "road hazard". The risks way out-way the savings here.

If you plan on acceleratiing into triple digits I would suggest you get a new tire.

I've never heard of a plug or patch failing on a motorcycle tire. But, I think the risk is too great. It's not like you're riding in a car. We're talking life or death situation.... risk is entirely too high, get a new tire.

Dont think its worth the risk but if you only put around like a Granny probably ok

Also one of teh guys on another forum got a flat and the angle that the bike is on allowed it to fall over with a flat rear

I got a roofing nail in my Continentals after only a couple hundred miles after replacing my K3 due to a nail. The K3 had 1800 miles so I didn't mind replacing it, but a couple hundred? I plugged it with something like this:
Slime Deluxe Pistol Grip Tire Plug Kit | Tire Repair + Sealant | Northern Tool + Equipment
Sticky, black things, not a patch. I was told to not go fast on it, yeah, ok, of course. But how could I not? It held for 4000 miles until the tire was ready to be replaced from tread wear. That was doing at least 80 mph daily for 30 minutes.
