A buddy of mine is bragging up the new Brembo T-Drives he got for his gixxer...I believe he only paid $700 for both fronts...I haven't been able to find any suppliers for the beemer yet if they make them for it at all. Anyone with any experience with these???

there really not that special...............

its what the disc is made from that REALLY makes the difference, i mean yeah there nice n they do feel a tiny bit better but its more for brake pads i think....

Yeah, the AXIS iron rotors rock but they'll get rusty if you get them wet! I would think they'd be better suited for the track. The brembo t-drive is also nice and they're steel. If you're on the street I'd shy away from Iron but they should, theoretically, work better than any steel rotor because Iron has a higher coefficient of friction. I'd jump at a set of Axis iron for the track. BrakeTech also makes an Axis cobra (same full floating carrier) but in steel.

Any (true) full floating rotor will suit you well but there usually a bunch of things in the upgrade list before looking at rotors... brake pads, master cylinders, etc. The galfer's aren't really full floating.

What are you using the bike for?
