I don't think anyone has raced the Bitubo forks in the US (or rather I don't think any racers have even ridden on them). The bitubo shock is out and about on a few different racers bikes and is working.
Toye is using the Traxxion forks because the Ohlins gas forks weren't available at the time. He's still using the Traxxion because it works very well, but he's back to testing Ohlins next week.
