Default How to change wheel bearings?

Anybody got any tips or advice or know where I can get a "how to" change front and rear wheel bearings on BSTs please ?

A hammer and a punch. Tap them right out.

Not for me that method, I could

Tap the bearing race, not the wheel!

Nice flat faced brass punch, not the pointy hard steel type. But if you're replacing them, then it's not so critical?

Things is will be ok getting them out that way but what about Ceramic ones in
