Default ohlins inserts or ohlins forks

want to do fork up grade ohlins inserts 30mm or FGRT811 forks not to worried about price difference what is better choice road riding with track day every now and then

just purchased a set of forks, really good quality and for $2100 you cant go wrong, would definatly do the rear shock as well. got mine from dan kyle, he set the springs to suit my weight at no charge, he really knows what he is doing.

If you are not worried about price, forks and shock is the way for me. Got mine from Dan Kyle as well.

call ohlins usa and talk to them , you might be surprised at what they recommend, I was. BTW I have a 30mm kit.

I did the rear and just the internals up front. Had an Ohlins rep at the dealer tell me to go that route. He said something about stiction being the only difference and the stock tubes were fine. Not sure what that means, or if I translated it correctly, but I did what he recommended.

Sticktion is how much the fork will Stick as it slides up or down the tube as mesared from your sag #'s
