Default Marc Marquez MOTO GP

Anybody see the MOTO2 race yesterday? He starts dead last out of 31 bikes and finishes 3rd! Man I could not believe this guy. I wish he could ride our S1000rr for WSBK.

Watched all three races live. What a ride, I think he moved up five places just on the start.

Ride of the year in my opinion - even if he doesnt win the title (which he may still do) he stands heads and shoulders above everyone else. The onboard footage of him on lap 1 was spectacular

He had a great ride yesterday but he did a similar thing in a 125 race last season. As far as I remember he crashed on the sighting lap, got the damaged bike back to the pits where the mechanics used much duct tape and cable ties to get him to the end of pit lane for the start of the race. He started from pit lane dead last and came through to win the race. He is undoubtedly one to watch for the next few years.

Did anyone see the reason he was demoted to last place on the grid? It was an horrific crash where poor old Rattapak Willairot was minding his own business on a cool down lap after FP1 had finished and Marquez came through like he was on a Superpole lap in WSB and hammered right into the back of him hospitalising Willairot. Very scary indeed.

Yeah that crash was nasty. Marc was lucky to have been allowed to ride.

Lucky indeed.

I'd wager that if he was 20th in the Championship he wouldn't have been joining the race at all (and he'd have nothing to complain about).

I thought that a 1 minute penalty to his race time would have been more effective but then Dorna are a Spanish company and if they'd done that they'd hand Bradl more of a championship lead.
