I've been debating this one. I was going to supercharge my '11 E92 M3 and then get the F32 M3 when it comes out in a few years. However, the TT V8 of the M5 could be a lot of fun to tweak!!

These cars always just look like generic sedans to me. I know they perform well, but they need to look like a sportscar, not a family car (4 doors.....c'mon!!!!). Same thing with cadillacs. Personally I would take the new camaro ZL1 coming in 2012. Now that is hot and looks the part.

Well that's the point of the BMW M cars, understated with supercar performance. Some people like "hey look at me" gaudy (i.e. Corvette, Viper, Ferrari, etc.), some people like understated. Though you can say the M cars are going more towards the extroverted styling. I'm not a big fan of the retro styling but the Camaro has to be the best looking out of the current crop of retro cars.
