Default Hurricane Irene :(

Best of luck to you folks on the East Coast, US... Board it up, sand bag the crap out of it, move everything upstairs, and get the hell out! Oh yeah, and save the S1

Good luck!!

I had a boss and her name was Irene. When I first heard about this storm that had the same name, I knew the US was in trouble.

True Story,

Triple

The Coast is going to get about 16 inches of rain and 100mph Winds, inland here in Raleigh expecting 3 to 6 inches of rain and 30-50mph winds.

I'm from the Hampton Roads area and we evacuated to Richmond. My S1K is in the garage at home but I can't stop worrying about it! I just pray that everything will be ok...

I'm on the coast of NC and I've seen a few hurricanes. Irene was a very large storm that brought heavy rains and high winds for over 24 hours. We had sustained 90+ mph winds for about 12 of those hours, and I watched roofs come off all over the neighborhood. We ran from house to house trying to minimize the damages and remove fallen trees. Aside from immediate damage and 30 hours of no electricity, everyone in my house and neighborhood made it out ok.

From what I understand, the rain impact up north was even more devastating.
