Very nice and wicked fun bike. I much prefer the older trellis frame Monster to the newer designed one. Classic in every way.

wicked bike! not sure of you duc'rider's heights. i'm 6'1, and tested a 1098 a few years ago. bike looked and sounded incredible, but just too crammed for me. granted, i had way less miles on crotch rockets back then, but the sloping seat pushed me all the way up, and felt like my head was too far over the shield.

did duc go back to the stamped metal tanks now? heard they were getting away from Nylon because of the ethanol. AF1 has a coating they use on the aprilia tanks that's been appearing to protect the nylon tank from swelling and leaks. dang glad the s1k has a metal tank!
