Maybe faster in a straight line for a bit. But RIQUE is right. if there is a turn our bike is going to eat that mustank alive. and with an exhaust and PCV. maybe a tadbit o carbon fiber. and your well under the price. sure the well endowed pretty girls will try to get in the stang. just be a good rider pop a wheelie and reel em back.

There is absolutely no way that 500 horsepower or less is going to get a 3,500 car (including driver and fuel) into the mid 8 second club! Maybe in 1/8th mile, sure.....but 1/4 mile............really???

Consider a 575 pound (lightweight rider and S1000RR combo) combination which is about 2.8-2.9 pounds /horsepower and may get into the low nines consistently. The mustang/driver combo is more likely around 7 pounds/horsepower..... and it is supposed to be quicker.......not likely!

A standard 2011 Mustang has a 5.0L naturally aspirated 412 HP motor and cost about 35 to 40K. That thing has a 2.3 or a 4.0 SUPERCHARGER matted to something larger than a 5.0L motor and cost 91 to 100K. It has more than 500 HP, and I am certain it has over 550 foot pounds of torque.

It's hard to see but I think this 2010 Cobra jet ran an 8.9.

and no, it probably can't turn to save your live, but it's not built to turn either, which is why it goes fast in a straight line.

I am not a Ford fan by any means, however in this day and age i think its pretty cool they are coming out with a drag race car you can buy right from the factory ready to race.
