Default Fastbikes 2011 zx10r comparison

Do Fastbikes have a dud s1000rr ... or a very special zx10r ... ??

Seems like their performance results are opposite to every other legit comparison/test online so far ...

Anyone have the inside goss? Their March edition will be interesting ...

Power curve don't look right from alot of other ones I've seen including my own dyno printout...????? Looks messy on the top end as its dropping off...??? Also look at the torque figures not right either as I thought the norm is 82 lbs of torque or a little bit more on stock bikes....????

It looks like the s1000rr has wheel spun on the dyno.

That would cause the dip

Agree... Those sudden dips, then spikes are indicative of wheelspin...

yeah ... it all smells really fishy ... i wonder if they did the top speed check on the dyno too? Garth of zx10r forum fame wouldn't happen to be one of the editors there! lol

I wouldnt read too much into those results. The s1000rr is more powerful and has better engine characteristics, I think a little bit biased reporting has gone on.

lol

Some poor guy has bought one on the hype and is trying to justify it.

Apparently the TC isn't all that either. It will slide

Slide is not a bad thing IF you or in our case TC controls it.Unless I drive one in controlled environment I cannot judge from magazines the ZX TC.The idea is good but remains to be seen in action...The S1000RR has really nice TC in slick mode but in the other modes it is too much of intervention for the track.
