Default New RRW

Check out the new Roadracing World, lots of great stuff including motogp using the S1k motors in the 2012 bikes. Great info on Pegram and of course Toye and the BMW dominating china! Oh did I mention Chris Ulrichs revise of the new ZX10! Yikes not a very glowing review!!

Mostly power and the delivery of that power. They had great things to say about the suspension and standard tc but said the overall package wouldn't match the blade or the beemer

yes, I was lucky to be at the track with Damian Cudlin prior to XMas, he is one of the test riders for the BMWS1000 engined Suter framed MotoGP bikes. earmarked for 2012 entry under the new rules.

He had a go on a bog standard S1000 and said it wasn't that much less powerful, main difference is in the brakes and suspension. He was shocked how fast the standard bike was, "they actually sell these on the road?". He of course was travelling at warp speed (slick mode)....us well...you get the picture.

In Supertsock here, the BMWS1000 won every race it entered (didn't start till round 3) and was consistently in the top 10 of the superbikes...on a standard bike.

I have seen some tests also on the ZX10R, basically "It is at least now in the same generation as the BMW, it just is not really better in any facet, and therefore not a game changer. That's no bad reflection on the ZX it just shows how far that the BMW moved the class".

Sorry for not posting the article up but the editor is an acquaintance and someone I hold a ton of respect for in terms of copyright laws. As soon as the article goes up on his site I'll throw a link up but until then I won't make the same mistake as some other retard did!

No matter Lee. I took the advise and subcribed to the electronic version At $8 for a years subsciption, that is real value. Anyone wanting to do this, it is well worth it. I like the look of the electronic version and it is real easy to use.
