Akra dynos for ZX10
6hp less than the BMW and almost 8 short after the pipe. The charts are the ZX10 and BMW for comparison.

The text in Nigels post should give you a clue which is which
4 graphs = 2 bikes X 2 exhausts

There are just 2 bikes. There is a before and after graph for torque and hp on each. The first is the ZX and the other is the BMW. But if they confuse you, the tesxt should help at least on pweak power. 179 stack for the ZX vs 185 for the BMW. After the pipe is is 183 vs 191 for the BMW. All the info is one the Akra site.

2011 ZX-10R:
179.3whp stock
183.7whp with exhaust
Curb Weight (stock): 436lb
Curb Weight (w/exhaust): 425.198lb
HP/WT Ratio (stock) - 1:2.431
HP/WT Ratio (exhaust) - 1:2.314
2011 S1000RR:
185.5whp stock
191.3whp with exhaust
Curb Weight (stock): 458lb
Curb Weight (w/exhaust): 441.312lb
HP/WT Ratio (stock) - 1:2.469
HP/WT Ratio (exhaust) - 1:2.306
Weight difference stock to stock: 22lb.
Weight difference exhaust to exhaust: 16.114lb
HP/WT Ratio difference stock to stock: .038
HP/WT Ratio difference exhaust to exhaust: .008
HP/WT ratio difference of 8 thousandths with exhaust!
I mean, does it get any closer than this?

Thats only half the story though. Fact is the ZX revs 700rpm less. That means if they were geared for the same top speed the BMW will would be revving a little higher in addition to having a little extra for each roll-on. If you have a look at the output 7-13k where it counts the BMW is always 6-10 hp stronger, and then the ZX would need to carry taller gearing as well.
P.S. Seb, you need to remind the folk on ZX10.net about the gearing

I don't know if I would say it was half the story...it is merely me looking at some numbers. As it sits right now, these bikes are so dang close it isn't even funny IMHO. This is going to come down to mods and riders. And of course I am def a fan of the lighter weight bikes. With such a small difference, do you really foresee the BMW "slapping" the ZX around? I don't think so.
