Default File Recovery

I accidently deleted a maintenance file I kept on my track bike. Does anyone have a program I can use to retrieve it?

Any more detail, such as operating system, etc., assuming it was on your computer?

Thanks for the replies and thankfully I was able to dig it out last night. I hadn't backed-up in awhile and now's a better time than ever.

You can pick up a RAID/mirrored dedicated file server pretty cheap these days. We recently did this due to all the videos and pictures we've collected over the years. Loosing a hard drive on one of our computers would be devistating. With the RAID (NAS/Network Attached Storage ) device/server. No more worries. We got a twin 2 terabyte NAS device for about $400... if one of the 2tb drives goes down, I can swap out w/the other one and not skip a beat. I'm not a network/IT type of guy and I set it up - not too bad.
