Thank you for the response from someone that is dealing with the exact 2 discs. I am 50 and in great shape. I workout 3-4 times a week lift and aerobic. But, right now it's to painful and my right arm goes numb. I have had 2 cortisone shots and they have not helped. I am tired of not being able to live my normal active life.
