I have the Brembo 19RCS with the Brembo Shorty Low Drag Levers with Brembo Remote Adjuster.

After 7 years of using nothing but CRG levers, I've made the switch to Pazzo. Not because I think Pazzos are any better, but because my local BMW dealer had them on the shelf in the right color. Plus they have an internet price matching policy, which means I got them at a fair discount. The Pazzo levers installed without a hitch. Here's what mine look like:
