I want to relocate my license plate like Competition Werkes LTD Fender Eliminator

Like the title say, i want to relocate my license plate like the Competition Werkes LTD Fender Eliminator in the picture attached, but i don't need the LED license light & Rear flush mount turn signals that comes with their kit, i just need the license plate relocator.

Who sells these license plate relocators or does Competition Werkes sells the license plate relocator alone without the full kit? Better even if these license plate relocators had some manual flipping capability or machanism.

Apperciate your help.

The plate holder is just a 4" long spring loaded hinge with a couple pieces of aluminum riveted on, nothing fancy at all. Never seen them sold separately though.
