The wildcard is the motor... All else you can probably look through the classifieds or go aftermarket. My guess is about $2,500 on the used market for plastics, new aftermarket rearsets, new aftermarket clip-ons. Then you'll need to buy a new exhaust... and then motor repairs. Are the forks OK?

That bike doesn't look bad at all. The biggest pain is probably the motor. My guess is you've just got some cleaning up to do to get the metal bits, dirt and rocks out. But I didnt see anything to indicate it was a total loss. The cosmetic stuff is no biggie. Just find a racer looking to sell stock parts or go to aftermarket fiberglass. You might even be able to repair some of the damage to the right side fairings. The pipe is purely cosmetic. Replace it when you have the cash, or don't. It'll work just the same. Glad you're ok.

Do you guys think $2300 is a good price for a BMW S1000RR motor and tranny, no throttle bodies, frame, ecu. Complete case just the longblock and transmission
