Default Belly Pan Question

I currently have a Wood Craft belly pan on my 2011 S1000RR, but it is causing me some serious problems. The belly pan is actually dragging and scrapping. I am a drag racer and during the season last year we did not use the belly pan, but there are some tracks that require it. The Wood Craft belly pan looks good on my bike, but my bike only has a ground clearance of about 2" with it mounted on it. I looked at the Shark Skinz belly pan also and it looks like it doesn't have as low of an over hang in the rear of the belly pan. Are there any drag racers that have encountered the same problem? If so what belly pan would you recommend?

Give Brocks a call and see what they recommend.

I called Brock's Performance, but they only use stock fairings on their bikes. The problem is, the S1000RR is still relatively new in the drag racing scene compared to the Japanese bikes. Plus, the community of people drag racing the S1000RR is even smaller in comparison to the amount of people that are using it for road and track racing. There are not many products available for drag racers yet, but I have this winter to probaly have something custom made.

I have the sharkskinz on my bike and had to remove it for the stock lower in order to stop dragging the bottom. With brocks extensions and strap kit and lowering link, the sharkskinz would sit on the ground. Whats your best time..I was able to run a 8.93 @ 156.6 and i'm 190 lbs without gear..
