HIDS: What Bulb Temps Are Most Popular?

We currently offer custom made 55w slim HID kits for Ducati applications. But we are looking to expand and get some kits in for the BMW S1000RR.

Question is.... what HID bulb color to stock the most?

For those of you who are curious, we sell mainly Prolumen HID products that have been battle tested and proven to last. We have a hard time believing in buying an amazing superbike and undercutting the light you put on the road.

5k for sure, I've had both 5k and 6k, and love the white look. The 6k+ is just too blue and is cheap looking, but then again this is an opinion.

I don't have a kit yet for my s1k, what will they run? Dimensions and weight?

Yea it always seems to be pretty close for each. I can give an idea of pricing, dimensions I will get for you but they are super small. I mounted them to a plastic panel inside my Ducati 1198.

We will at some point need some testers, you get discounted pricing in exchange for feedback on shipping speed, packaging, look of the kit and doing a nice write up with pictures on your install

Each kit comes with the hardware to replace BOTH sides of the bike, low beam and high beam.

Here are the dimensions, as far as weight I couldnt even get a reading on my scale haha I would guess MAYBE .5 pound each side?

Ballasts:
Length: 3.5 inches
Width: 2.5 inches
Thickness: 3/4 inch

Ignitors:
Length: 2.5 inches
Width: 1 inch
Thickness: 1 inch

I got the 6K With the anti flickr, Digital H.I.D i just love it.

Yep thats the new stuff we sell! AC current, dual processor basically allows even current with no flickering. Highly increases bulb life and decreases failures. In fact with our new kits we have not head one failure!
