Default Quick question! tank pad

Hey I had a quick question, can't seem to find it anywhere on vendor's sites, and I also tried searching and couldn't find. I have seen some peoples bikes with the black/ Carbon BMW Motorrad tank pad. Where did you guys get it?! Thanks

Is this what you mean?

TechSpec’s GRIPSTER Tank Grips for the BMW S1000RR from Pirates' Lair at 828.628.7093 EST

If you're looking for the one on the end of the tank, the dealer put mine on.

If you mean this one, it came with the bike.

in 2011 the S1000RR came with a black tank pad, not sure if that was for all bike colors, but I know it was for most.

My 2011 came with the black one at the dealer.

I'd Inquire with the dealer to get one. I'm sure it's in their OEM parts/accessory
manual.

You can also order the black tank pad from Max BMW. Email to john@maxbmwmotorcycles.com and get him to help. Got mine delivered a few days ago and happy to replace the clear tank pad that turned yellow after 10 months.

My local dealer here in Malaysia was slow to respond...so had no choice but to order the pads from USA

I got my tank pad from the dealer, perhaps your dealer will supply you one if you let him know it came without?
