They’re one of the best choices you can make when it comes to improving front end feel on your motorcycle. That’s because, unlike raising or lowering forks in the triple clamps, or changing the length of the wheelbase, adjusting offset only changes front end trail significantly. This allows the rider to tune the feel of the front end without affecting other areas of the bike’s handling. This is a real advantage for preparing an ideal setup as other sacrifices to stability or corner exit grip don’t have to be made just to improve front end feel!

Attack Performance triple clamps for the BMW S1000RR come installed with the same offsets that are preferred by BMW-mounted AMA SuperBike teams. Changing offset is easy as it does not require the complete removal of your bike’s forks. Simply loosen the steering stem nut and the pinch bolts that hold the offsets in place. Swap them out, tighten everything to spec and you’re ready to ride!
