Hi there,

Can you confirm two things for me?...

1. Do I need to cut the right side fairing shark gills to get the Woodcraft slider to fit right on that side?

2. Are the Woodcraft going to mess up my frame any less than some of the other longer brands of frame sliders?

Thanks.

Yes without offsets you will need to trim the right side fairing on the BMW sliders.

The longer the frame slider the more chance you will have of damaging the engine mount bolts.

So what are the best frame sliders that are the shortest but still allow for good protection and do not force you to trim up the right side?

R&G? (still seem really long even though I do not think you need to trim for these)
Yoshimura? (I do not like the Yosh name all over their stuff)
LSL? (seem really big and bulky though somewhat unique and stylish)
Vortex?
???

Thanks.
