Default Ridiculously Good Customer Service

Hi all,

I just have to share this customer experience because it was so outstanding. I have been screwing around with the idea of some rear sets, changing the engine guards, buying race hooks, etc. for about 3 months or so. You know, typical rider wanting to make the bike his own. Periodically, I would ask TJ for a quote on a particular item or items but did not pull the trigger. TJ could not have been enjoying all the requests for quotes from me.

In December, TJ gave me a nice quote on some Sato rearsets and race hooks. I told him I would check in after the Christmas holiday because there was about 18 inches of snow in NE Ohio at the time so there was no reason to hurry.

Well, I finally called TJ yesterday and placed an order for the rearsets and race hooks in black. I think I got off the phone around 3:30 or so with him. Well, I get home this afternoon and what is on my doorstep - my new rear sets and race hooks! Unbelievable, more so because I did not ask for express shipping nor did I indicate I was in any hurry to receive the parts.

That is an example of customer service to the extreme. Way to go TJ and thanks a bunch. i guess I have no excuse and need to get out and warm up the garage!

BTW, I hope these rearsets are anywhere near as good as they look. Just outstanding quality and workmanship.

Eric
