It took me a couple phone calls and two e-mails too. Finally they gave me a RMA and told me I had to return them before they would send out replacements. I told them I was very happy about it since the BMW bolts are supposed to be 1 time use, but it didn't do any good. I was told too many people hadn't returned the purple ones even though Yoshi used to pay for the return shipping. So I guess we have to pay 'cause other people suck. I just hope I get my replacements soon 'cause my bike feels nekid.
Just to follow up on my previous post. I contacted Yoshimura the 1st time on 2 May. On 4 May I was given a RMA and shipped them out the same day. I just received my replacements minutes ago, on 21 May. It wasn't exactly a fast process (or maybe I'm just used to Rider's Discount fast service
), but Yoshimura did replace them under warranty for the cost of return shipping.
