Default Joe Rocket Velocity Riding Shoes

Designed with a minimalist appeal yet offering significant protection out on the road, Joe Rocket Velocity Hybrid riding shoes offer a unique combination of safety and comfort. The ankle is covered in a leather and ballistic nylon surround with injection molded plastic reinforcement for stability, abrasion resistance and impact energy dispersion. Instead of using typical shoe laces, the Velocity Shoes use elastic tension straps that won’t catch on your motorcycle – to get into or out of the boot, simply unlatch the ankle strap and you’re done. For those of you that can corner low, Joe Rocket even provides toe sliders so you don’t wear through the boot itself when the riding gets fast.

Available in white (shown) or black, we have these in even sizes US 7-13 – call TJ at 866-931-6644 ext 817 to order a pair of these shoes today. You can also email us; FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM with JR VELOCITY in the subject line and we’ll get back to you right away.

The specially designed sole provide a sure foot both on, and off the bike.

Quick latch mechanism is durable and reliable.

Just above the toe slider, ballistic nylon is used to withstand miles of gearbox operation.

I own a pair for summer riding. They're actually slightly sturdier in terms of the sole and in banging hard upshifts than my BMW ProRace boots, but are pretty comfy to walk around in at the mall. They're not like leather moccasins, but I've done some pretty heavy shopping with the missus in the mall with these on and I didn't notice them - meaning, comfortable.

One trick though is to detach the buckle, slide the strap in all the way, and snap in the buckle. This loosens them up quite a bit, but the bungee lace-thing keeps them on your feet snugly.

I can now head out to meet friends without needing to worry about compromising ATGATT, yet deal with this ridiculously hot summer weather. I arrive, zip off the legs of my BMW Summer 2 pants, take off my armor jacket, and I'm good to go. No need to carry around extra shoes, and then try to figure out where to stick my racing boots.
