Get maximum performance from your S1000RR with an air filter from BMC. These are the very same filters we use in all of our own racebikes (including our S1000 RR) and the same ones used by top teams in both domestic and international series. If it’s good enough for top teams, it’s good enough for your bike.

BMC Air filters come in two flavors: Standard Street, which BMC designed to stand up to the rigors (read road debris) that comes with street riding or the Race Version which, for those of you that require maximum potential out of your motor, you may wish to choose. These filters are washable and re-usable.

My bike will always be rode on the streets but everyone says get the race filter...is there a benefit for airflow or a compromise because stuff may get through and into my engine??? How much?

BMC does a very good job filtering the air even though the Race filter does flow more than stock.
